Real Food for Real Kids - Banana Pops Recipe

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 50 grams of chocolate
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil
  • 1 cup nuts, seeds, hemp hearts or sprinkles

Preparation:

  1. Cut bananas in half
  2. Insert bottom part with a popsicle stick
  3. Freeze
  4. Melt 50 grams of chocolate with a tsp of coconut oil
  5. Dip frozen banana into melted chocolate
  6. Roll in nuts, seeds, hemp hearts or sprinkles
  7. Store in freezer in airtight container
  8. Enjoy!
