Our child care catering service can provide a full day program that includes daily deliveries of family-style hot lunches + AM & PM snacks. Serving the same food to everyone at your child care or school is easier for your staff and a great way for the kids to connect with each other.

Don’t need the full day? We can make that work too.

Our Before & After Program snack catering can provide AM & PM snacks.

For our school lunch catering, we also offer a daily family-style hot lunch program (ie. bulk, not individual lunches). Our model works for school environments with a consistent daily enrollment (no last-minute orders), and a minimum of 50 daily lunches. We are not able to offer a program that bills parents directly or provides on-site support to receive, prepare, and serve lunches.

Our minimum enrollment for catering is 35 kids per day. However, if you have fewer kids, there are still ways we can help support you. Contact us here!

Just a few basics! We know your staff is busy, so we try to make work on your end as minimal as possible. Every centre that partners with us will receive a detailed onboarding package outlining exactly what to expect from us, and what we’ll need from your end.

On a typical service day, you’ll need a support staff member to provide access into your facility and receive the delivery between 7:00am and 10:30am. You’ll need your own dishware, cutlery and the ability to wash your own dishes.

Your support staff will slice fresh fruits and veggies like apples or cucumbers before serving them and will distribute meals to the children in each room the way that works best for you.

We know you have a lot to think about: children and their well-being, their families, your staff, schedules, illnesses, and budgets. Those stressors have increased over the past few years, so we make sure that having well-fed children is one thing you don’t have to worry about.

We currently deliver to public and private child care centres, schools and Before & After programs as well as summer day camps.

We work with the child care or school, we don’t take payments from individual families.

We serve healthy, from-scratch meals and specially curated snacks to kids 0-12 years old. We make sure that each age group is fed appropriate portions and textures, and we even make our own infant blends!

We’re here to help! You’ll be assigned a dedicated Client Experience Coordinator, who you’ll be able to call directly during business hours or email anytime. They’ll get to know your centre’s needs inside and out, so they’ll be able to quickly help you with your request or resolve any issue that may arise.

In addition, we offer a user-friendly online experience where you can request changes to your data 24 hours a day. Add or remove children from your centre enrollment and make other dietary change requests with a few quick clicks—then we take care of the rest.

We do! We have several contingency plans in case of unforeseen circumstances that could affect either our food production or food delivery.

Our first goal is to ensure successful delivery every day. Then, we have a number of contingency plans in place to keep your food on track, including on-site power generators, contingency ingredients at RFRK for an entire day's worth of meals, additional vehicles, and contingency drivers on standby to get a delivery to you every day without fail.

In the extremely rare event that we cannot make delivery, or you cannot accept one, we’ve got alternatives - including emergency food options for you to store in your pantry.
