Just a few basics! We know your staff is busy, so we try to make work on your end as minimal as possible. Every centre that partners with us will receive a detailed onboarding package outlining exactly what to expect from us, and what we’ll need from your end.
On a typical service day, you’ll need a support staff member from your child care centre to provide access into your facility and receive the delivery between 7:00am and 10:30am. You’ll need your own dishware, cutlery and the ability to wash your own dishes.
Your support staff will slice fresh fruits and veggies like apples or cucumbers before serving them and will distribute meals to the children in each room the way that works best for you.
As a child care provider, we know you have a lot to think about: children and their well-being, their families, your staff, schedules, illnesses, and budgets. Those stressors have increased over the past few years, so we make sure that having well-fed children is one thing you don’t have to worry about.

We’re here to help! You’ll be assigned a dedicated Client Experience Coordinator, who you’ll be able to call directly during business hours or email anytime. They’ll get to know your centre’s needs inside and out, so they’ll be able to quickly help you with your request or resolve any issue that may arise.
In addition, we offer a user-friendly online experience where you can request changes to your data 24 hours a day. Add or remove children from your centre enrollment and make other dietary change requests with a few quick clicks—then we take care of the rest.
We do! We have several contingency plans in case of unforeseen circumstances that could affect either our food production or food delivery.
Our first goal is to ensure successful delivery every day. Then, we have a number of contingency plans in place to keep your food on track, including on-site power generators, contingency ingredients at RFRK for an entire day's worth of meals, additional vehicles, and contingency drivers on standby to get a delivery to you every day without fail.
In the extremely rare event that we cannot make delivery, or you cannot accept one, we’ve got alternatives - including emergency food options for you to store in your pantry.
