Jensen Cheese have been running their family business for close to 100 years! Founder Arne Jensen, a Master Cheesemaker from Denmark, established his artisanal craft in the picturesque town of Odessa, Ontario in 1925. Later, he passed this legacy onto his son Eric, who is now preparing his son Scott to eventually take over – that’s three generations of traditional cheesemaking!
We’ve been proudly featuring their delicious cheddar and mozzarella cheeses in our real food recipes for the last decade, and here’s why: Not only are we supporting a local, family-run business, what they produce is an exceptional tasting product that aligns with our values and high quality standards.
Each cheese has been made with the utmost care and attention to guarantee that the texture and flavour are at their best. The Old World Curing Process is still being used to ensure their old fashioned, full bodied natural flavours come through.
