Back in the ’70s, founder John Koo was on a mission in Toronto—missing the authentic Korean flavours of his childhood but struggling to find the right ingredients to recreate them in Canada. So, he rolled up his sleeves, teamed up with some trusted farmers and got to work!
With the growing demand for more plant-based proteins, we always ensure we select only best ingredients for our vegetarian recipes. Made local, but tastes global, PH Foods tofu is SOY good, and lends itself to a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes. We use their firm tofu in lunches like our Trinidadian Curry Tofu, Bolognese w/ Organic Tofu and Gong Bao Tofu, and even their soft silken tofu as the creamy component in our dairy-free, homemade caesar & ranch dressings!
