🌱 🤝 🌎 Hand in Hand for Better Foods and a Better Future. Today, October 16th, is World Food Day, and this year’s theme is a powerful reminder: achieving healthier, more sustainable food systems isn’t a solo mission. It’s something we build together, and tackling food insecurity involves collective action. It can start with small joys, like sharing a favourite meal with neighbours, planting your first veggie or herb at home, or shopping locally. 🤗
At RFRK, we’re proud to stand hand in hand with families, educators, local farmers and our community as a whole to inspire a lifetime of healthy eating for children. Every recipe, every delivery, and every bite is our way of contributing to a brighter tomorrow for kids.
📅 ✨ 2025 also marks a special milestone: FAO’s (United Nations Food & Agriculture Organization) 80th anniversary. Celebrations, flagship events, and storytelling campaigns around the globe are putting a spotlight on eight decades of efforts to reduce hunger, build sustainable systems, and connect people with their food.
