This Real Food recipe Makes 6 servings!
Ingredients:
- 1 small white onion – diced
- ½ green pepper – diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground coriander seed
- ½ tsp dry oregano
- 2 cans black beans
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Preparation:
- In a pan, heat the sunflower oil on medium-high heat.
- Add onion, pepper, and garlic, cook until soft, and then allow to cool.
- Place all ingredients into food processor until smooth, and – voilà – it’s ready!
