Have you noticed some new gems on our menus this month? With cozy fall flavours in the air & a fresh school year underway, we thought this latest RFRK chapter deserved some snazzy fall menu additions!
Seriously Good Cereal
The truly special Go Bananas Cereal is the latest sensation custom-made for RFRK! After many rounds of thoughtful collaboration with our trusted local partner, we crafted this delicious recipe to ensure it ticks all the boxes.
We’re also thrilled to roll out a cereal that’s safe for infants to enjoy along with the older kids, and is gluten-free to boot! The mouthwatering mix includes wholesome ingredients like puffed rice & quinoa with a tiny hint of natural sweetness from real, freeze-dried bananas & tapioca syrup.
Purée Paradise
The new Blueberry and Strawberry purées are made with whole fruit that’s cooked down into a velvety smooth dream and just a touch of maple syrup for natural sweetness.
These purées are our handy & convenient new way to enhance real flavours and add a touch of fruity flair to our delicious snacks like our custom Vanilla Maple Yogurt and apple sauce.
Positively Pumpkin
Is it too early to say we’re FALL-ing in love with pumpkin? We don’t think so!
Join us in embracing our scrumptious new Pumpkin Loaf. This vegan-friendly delight is crafted with real pumpkin & captures that cozy, fall flavour kids crave as summer fades. Plus, with its delightfully moist texture, it’s bound to become a kid-approved favourite in no time. You might even say it’s packed with pumpkin power!
Cinnamon for the Win
Our granola has always been a hit, but our new & improved Cinnamon Granola is now made with gluten-free oats, so even more kids can enjoy it.
It’s a dash of cinnamon spice with everything nice — made exclusively for RFRK! We’re using this snack to jazz up our Yogurt Parfait with a flavourful fall flair. Produced by an amazing local partner right here in Toronto, we’re super excited to share it!
