Dear Real Food Kitchen: Are all employees at RFRK healthy eaters?
Everyone? Not yet! RFRK employees are on a personal journey to build and adopt lifelong healthy eating habits. The Real Food Kitchen is a fast-food free zone, with samples of Real Food served in our bright and welcoming staffeteria. Providing a welcoming space to gather for a real food meal with a side of positive peer pressure has had an impressive impact on how many RFRK’ers eat and perceive food.
Supporting the wellbeing of our employees is also crucial for RFRK. Our monthly staff Lunch & Learn series focuses on topics related to healthy eating and living, physical and mental wellness, and financial health.
