2024 was such an exciting year for Real Food for Real Kids! We celebrated our 20th birthday, opened a second facility, and welcomed some amazing new partners to our journey. We’re truly grateful to be part of such a wonderful community, and it brings us so much joy to be able to give back in meaningful ways.
here are just some of the ways we were able to spread good energy:
- Donated over $70,000 of surplus food to Parkdale Community Food Bank, Good Shepherd Ministries & YMCA GTA.
- Donated & delivered over 5800 hot meals to YMCA Sprott House & Wagner Green.
- Contributed toys and funds to Macaulay Centres for Children.
- Provided 1400 pieces of fresh fruit to participants at the YMCA 5K Charity Run.
- Ran a clothing drive for New Circles GLOW Clothing Bank.
Looking ahead to 2025 and beyond, we’re more excited than ever to keep this momentum going. With more potential partnerships on the horizon bringing new opportunities to give back, we’re ready to build on the strides we made in 2024 and hope to do even more.
