Dear Real Food Kitchen: How many meals does RFRK cook and deliver every day?
Your whole family could fit inside one of our cooking pots (called kettles) – so, that’s a lot! As of 2019, our fleet of fuel-efficient vans was zipping around the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area delivering to more than 300 unique locations. And how many meals is that? Over 10,000 hot lunches and 30,000 snacks every day!
All Real Food Kitchen-made recipes are cooked in our 32,000 square foot Real Food Kitchen, located in the east end of Toronto.
