We’re shining (moon) light on these scrumptious cookies from New Moon Kitchen for Local Food Week!
Eden, owner and head ‘baker babe’ at New Moon Kitchen, started selling her vegan, home-baked goods at just 19 years old! With the help of her dad on delivery duty, she suddenly found herself a small business owner.
They’ve grown significantly since then, but are still owned and operated in downtown Toronto, baking up batches of beloved flavours you can find on our menu like Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal & Coco-Cocoa Cookies.
Lulu came across these scrumptious cookies early on and knew right away that New Moon Kitchen and RFRK would make a great pair. Part of why we love these cookies to the moon and back is because they’re vegan – and also free of peanuts, tree nuts, and preservatives – so more folks can gobble them up without worry.
