Our Sri Lankan Chicken brings on the spices (including garam masala), but tones down the heat with creamy coconut milk, in our take on the world-renowned Butter Chicken dish. We serve it with brown or basmati rice and bright green vegetables like broccoli trees or green peas to round out the colours on the plate.
We serve this dish once per month for 6-8 months of the year in rotation with other Real Food Kitchen favourites like Chicken & Wild Rice stew and Gong Bao Chicken.
